  • Converted into an RV by Indiana-based Sportsmobile, this Transit features a Quigley Motor Company 4×4 conversion kit, a Black Horse Off-Road grille guard, a Fiamma F45s awning, a swiveling passenger-side front seat, a folding sofa, a sink, a Norcold refrigerator, a Dometic microwave, a Thetford cassette toilet, a Dometic roof-mounted auxiliary air conditioning system, a 24-inch Jensen television, household-type power outlets, roof-mounted solar panels, a water heater, and more as detailed below.
  • Sold on the European market since the 1960s, Ford’s Transit nameplate made its American debut for the 2015 model year. The range included numerous configurations, including short- and long-wheelbase models and several available engines, and Ford marketed the European-flavored van as a more modern alternative to the old-school E-Series. Production of the fourth-generation Transit continues today.
  • Power comes from a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6, rated at 310 horsepower and 400 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.
