2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8

I filmed a review with one of these Jeeps a few months ago; the video hasn’t gone live yet, but I was totally blown away by how much I adored the driving experience. These don’t have the highest quality materials or the best tech, but they’re shockingly fun to drive – a modern muscle car in a Grand Cherokee body, with huge wheels and a fantastic exhaust note as wonderful additions to the experience. The coolest thing about this SRT Jeep is the color – a gorgeous one called “Modern Blue,” which I’ve never seen before. I’ll be truly jealous of whoever buys this.

Factory equipment on this Grand Cherokee includes the High-Performance Audio and Navigation Package and the SRT Option Group I, which add features such as parking sensors, heated front seats, a Kicker audio system, and more.
Modifications are limited to Eibach Pro springs, a MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust, HID headlights, an oil catch can, ceramic coating, and a cold-air intake.
According to WKJeeps.com, this SRT8 is one of 95 built at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit in Modern Blue for the 2009 model year.
The Grand Cherokee SRT8 was the first modern performance-oriented Jeep, and it was for a time the fastest and best-handling SRT8 model thanks to its standard all-wheel-drive system.
Power comes from a 6.1-liter Hemi V8, which produces 420 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to all four wheels through a 5-speed automatic transmission.
