2021 Ram ProMaster 2500

The ProMaster makes an excellent camper, as it’s absolutely HUGE inside. This one has been retrofitted with everything you need for life on the road including a bed, a sink, a 21-inch stove with 3 burners and oven, a shower, and a toilet. The solar panels can power your toys and tools off the grid, and this ProMaster boasts relatively low mileage for a three-year-old van – whether they’re campers or delivery trucks, some of these had logged over 16,000 miles by the time they celebrated their first birthday!

Converted into a camper, this ProMaster features a Backwood Adventure Mods side-mounted ladder, a 75-inch-by-54-inch memory-foam mattress, a 3.3-cubic-foot 12-volt refrigerator, a sink, a RecPro 21-inch stove with 3 gas burners, an adjustable wood table, a shower, a Thetford Porta Potti 565E electric toilet, aftermarket interior lighting, waterproof flooring, a 39-gallon fresh water tank, a 21-gallon gray water tank, 3 200-watt solar panels, and 4 12-volt 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries, among other aftermarket parts.
Factory equipment includes a heavy-duty suspension system, an engine oil cooler, air conditioning, and Crosswind Assist technology, according to a window sticker pictured in the gallery.
The Ram ProMaster made its debut for 2013 as a badge-engineered version of the Fiat Ducato sold in Europe. It’s offered in numerous configurations including three wheelbase options, two roof heights, and four overall body lengths, and it offers unibody construction. Production continues today.
Power comes from a 3.6-liter V6, rated at 280 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. It spins the front wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission.
